Welcome to ARW Salon’s website (the “Site”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our website or services.

TERMS & CONDITIONS 
 
1. GENERAL TERMS
1.The First Salon (“we”, “our”, “the salon”) provides hair, beauty, grooming and wellness services subject to the following terms and conditions.
2.By booking an appointment, using our services, or entering our premises, customers agree to follow all salon rules.
3.Employees and staff are required to comply with all internal policies, SOPs, and professional guidelines listed below.
 
 
2. CUSTOMER RULES & REGULATIONS
 
2.1 Appointments & Bookings
•Appointments can be booked online, via phone or by walk-in subject to availability.
•Customers must report on time. A delay of more than 10 minutes may result in rescheduling or a reduced service time.
•We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking in case of inappropriate behavior or non-compliance.
 
2.2 Cancellations & No-Show Policy
•Cancellations must be done at least 4 hours before the appointment.
•A no-show or late cancellation may incur a cancellation fee or forfeiture of advance payment.
•Prepaid packages or vouchers are non-refundable but transferable only at management discretion.
 
2.3 Payments
•Full payment must be made at the time of service.
•We accept cash, UPI, credit/debit cards and valid gift vouchers.
•Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
•Taxes as applicable will be added to the bill.
 
2.4 Personal Belongings
•Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
•The salon is not liable for loss, theft or damage to personal items.
 
2.5 Safety, Hygiene & Conduct
•For health and safety, customers must disclose any allergies, skin conditions or medical restrictions before the service.
•Outside products or chemicals are not permitted unless approved by the salon.
•Harassment, abusive language or inappropriate behavior towards staff will result in immediate removal from the premises.
 
2.6 Service Satisfaction
•If a customer is dissatisfied, they must report it before leaving the salon or within 24 hours for corrective service.
Turn around time is 24hrs and changes would only happen within the first week from the service done.
•Refunds are generally not provided, but adjustments may be offered at company discretion.
•Color or chemical service results vary depending on individual hair condition; the salon is not responsible for previously damaged hair.
 
2.7 Children & Pets
•Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
•Pets are not allowed unless medically certified (service animals).
 
 
3. EMPLOYEE RULES & REGULATIONS
 
3.1 Professional Conduct
•Employees must maintain a polite, respectful and customer-friendly attitude at all times.
•Misconduct, rude behavior, harassment or discrimination will not be tolerated.
•Confidentiality of customer details and internal operations must be maintained.
 
3.2 Grooming & Uniform
•Employees must follow the salon’s grooming standards:
•Clean uniform 
•Well-groomed hair and nails
•Professional appearance
•Personal hygiene is mandatory as per health & beauty industry norms.
 
3.3 Attendance & Timings
•Staff must report on time and follow assigned schedules.
•Late arrival, early departure, or absenteeism must be approved by management.
•Repeated tardiness may result in disciplinary action.
 
3.4 Use of Salon Property
•Tools, equipment and products must be used carefully and only for salon services.
•Theft, misuse or damage of property will lead to strict action.
 
3.5 Performance & Quality Standards
•Employees must follow service SOPs to maintain quality.
•Upselling should be done ethically, without forcing customers.
•Training sessions may be mandatory as per management instructions.
 
3.6 Health & Safety Compliance
•Staff must sanitize tools, chairs and workspaces as per salon hygiene guidelines.
•Wearing gloves, masks, or protective gear may be required for certain services.
•Any illness must be reported; employees should not perform services if contagious.
 
3.7 Client Interaction & Privacy
•Employees must not share client information or photos without explicit consent.
•Using mobile phones for personal reasons during service hours is strictly prohibited.
* Sharing personal data (social media / contact no / address) with clients is strictly prohibited. 
 
3.8 Non-Compete & Confidentiality 
 
•Employees may not solicit salon clients or offer home services.
•Trade secrets, product formulations, pricing structures and customer lists must remain confidential even after employment ends.
* No employee is permitted to do two jobs. Employment is valid only for the company individually.
•  Employees may not own their own salon during the tenure of his/her employment with the company.
If found, services of the employee will be terminated with immediate effect and salary / dues will be withheld. 
* Notice period of 30 days is mandatory, discretion and decision will lie solely with the company. 
* ⁠Employee are not permitted to open his/her salon / entity within the 10km radius of ARW Salons. 
 
4. GIFT CARDS, PACKAGES & MEMBERSHIPS
•Valid only until the specified expiry date.
•Cannot be exchanged for cash.
•Lost vouchers will not be reissued.
•Some offers or packages may have restrictions and blackout dates.
 
 
5. LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
•The salon is not responsible for outcomes affected by:
•Previous chemical treatments
•Incorrect information provided by customers
•Failure to follow after-care instructions
•All services are performed with professional standards but results may vary per individual.
 
 
6. WEBSITE USE TERMS 
•Content on this website is for information purposes only.
•Copying, distributing or modifying website material without permission is prohibited.
 
 
7. AMENDMENTS
•The salon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions anytime.
•Continued use of the website or services signifies acceptance of updated terms.
 
8. Governing Law
 
8.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pune City on the State of Maharashtra.
8.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune Division
